Internal Distribution Setup and Tool Development for Android Apps
In this project, we developed the following tools:
- Automatic Distribution Tool
- Internal Distribution Flow Document
- Firebase Configuration
Design Phase
We reviewed the specifications of the Android app and the internal app management policies.
Based on the internal policies, we designed a method to distribute the Android app to the QA team and internal members.
Firebase was utilized for this project.
Development Phase
We held weekly meetings to share progress and conduct demos.
As per client specifications, we typically provided the source code via GitHub.
Since this project involved tool development, we also created documentation that included the execution procedures for the tools.
Delivery
Upon completion of all development tasks, we shared all configuration details and delivered the source code.
